Sacramento Baroque Soloists, founded in 2001, performs programs of music written between 1600 and 1800. Concerts showcase the versatility and virtuosity of Baroque period music.

The Celtic music band Blue Rock Thrush performs
traditional and contemporary Celtic tunes and sons in an appealing mix of vocals, violin, recorder, cello, guitar, and drums. Band members are Lisa Lawson, Fred Weyman, Michael Lawson, Brad Devereaux, and Marta Belen.

Carolyn Booker, music performer and educator, is a credentialed teacher who gives workshops to teachers and classes on the elements of music and music teaching. Her workshops use the "Circle of Sound," a simple, integrated method with measurable results.

Music Journey is a school assembly program which teaches students how to listen to music and takes them on an exciting journey through the history of western music. A learning packet, historical costumes, beautiful traditional music and original compositions are enhanced by drama and synthesized music.
